to Leaseholders or Tenants of Oakwood Court.
About Us
OCRA is involved in dealing with communal issues and actively represents the collective interests of leaseholders and residents of Oakwood Court in a wide range of areas.
The OCRA Committee members are all residents of Oakwood Court. The committee consists of nine unpaid volunteers, working tirelessly throughout the year to safeguard the residents' interests. OCRA works closely with our Managing Agents to help improve the building management, cleaning, lifts, heating, communal garden maintenance, pest control, security and porterage, and major works projects.
OCRA carefully scrutinises the buildings' running expenses as well as the cost and quality of products and services provided by various vendors, helping to reduce the cost of the service charges and improve the quality of services provided to residents.
